Nads6969 has not stop stealing and tracing. She has honestly getting a lot worse and claims she wants to hurt and piss people off now.

She has greatly upset one artist to the point they locked twitter and removed art

She has traced over 90 artists and that is only ones that have been discovered

She is over 30 years old and has been doing it for  good 11 years.

Deviantart staff knows all this but claims not enough information despite a victim of Nads reporting 42 traced pieces and then another massive batch later, followed by a second artist reporting. But none of this seems to be enough for dA admins 

Nads white knights are equally as bad. They trace as well or use bases which Nads traced from others without permission

Wrote this up regarding a thief/harasser/stalker who has been active on Deviantart for 4 years:

They steal and deface art, spam people, harass people who aren’t vegan…  They’re nuts.

Please help.
This person “CarrotLuvr” is stealing art on pixiv. https://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=31474982 They give no credit to the original artist, and claim it as their own. 

The real artist “Rider” only has a profile here: https://nijie.info/members.php?id=1203058 You can see their body of work is larger, and not limited to One Piece. CarrotLurv also has different pics with an inconsistent style.

They also started to upload it to aggregators like chan.sankakucomplex.com replacing the old tags and source for the real artist. Riders work previous credited his nijie profile, and linked back to it.

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and asked if they were just a fan re-posting. They got defensive, angry, and blocked me.
